I wonder if it is just a bladder problem? When ladies have babies they have to build bladder control back up over time… If it were me I might start with restricting her before bed water and food, taking both up about 2 hours before bed. Right before bed take her out one last time and then again first thing in the morning. Also…doggies don’t like to go in their “dens” or homes so if she isn’t use to going on the patio she may feel like she can’t or she’s not allowed to. Take her to the usual potty spots you had already established prior to the pups.
If all that doesn’t work Cesar Milan would stay to rehabilitate SaTang with exercise, discipline and affection (in that order).
